Shipping and Delivery

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Brillbird Australia ships to Australia ONLY. (some exceptions may be made for New Zealand if the New Zealand website is out of stock. For New Zealand orders please go to http://www.brillbird.co.nz)

Australian orders:

  • We use Australia Post for the majority of our shipping services.
  • Standard shipping will be posted out at the earliest available chance within the Australia Post timeframes. Occasionally delays happen, but every attempt will be made to post on the same day for ALL orders received before 12noon. After this they may be posted at the next business day.
  • Express Shipping (EXCLUDES Dangerous Goods. Dangerous Goods will be posted via Standard Shipping/road transport ONLY and WILL NOT be sent via Express Shipping.) Every attempt will be made to post out Express orders RECEIVED BEFORE 12noon on the same day. Again, delays can happen due to weather, public holidays, staff illness and other unforeseen circumstances, but every attempt will be made to send Express orders by the same or next business day.
  • Our delivery providers deliver Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
  • If you have any delivery instructions, please include these in your order.
  • Orders will be left in a safe place on delivery or taken to your local Post Office for pick-up. Bulky orders will need to be signed for on delivery.
  • Shipping time may take longer for rural/non-central areas.

New Zealand Orders:

  • New Zealand orders MUST NOT CONTAIN DANGEROUS GOODS. We are unable to provide a suitable courier for these services, at this time.
  • All New Zealand orders are exclusive of GST.
  • All New Zealand Orders will be sent via Australia Post International Express Post unless the order exceeds the $35 NZ postage allowance. We will contact you if extra postage is required.
  • New Zealand Customs, duty or NZ GST is not included in orders or shipping and may be required before delivery of orders and is the customers responsibility. Please check with NZ Customs if you are unsure of limits.
  • Signature on Delivery will be required.
  • Contact will be made to the New Zealand Distributor to confirm out of stock items first and only those items will be sent. Please contact the New Zealand Distributor first to confirm out of stock items [email protected]

 

PLEASE NOTE: Above delivery times can vary based on time of year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct delivery address, if the wrong address is provided Brillbird Australia does not offer refunds or replacements for this.
